    Hi Liz,

This is kinda funny. I created a new gmail account just for your stuff. Every once in a while I have to unsubscribe to something I accidently sent to my fortress of solitude email address. Arrg.

Thank-you for the reminder on staying focussed.

I’ve watched this video afew times to remind myself. Stay in the game.

    Hi, Liz,

I really appreciate how short and to the point and packed with useful information and advice you are in your videos – this one reminded me again that the important thing is to get it going while I’m learning ’cause there is no graduation day for this stuff, there is always going to be something new since the internet is always changing and I started out because I want a business not a degree.

Thanks, I’m enjoying your stuff – Pam

You described me to a T and even dotted the I. People are all the same but nobody is equal. We should know that’s why those click bank carbon-copy videos don’t work for everyone.

Coaching is the only thing that works because we are all in a class by ourselves and don’t even know it!!!

LOL! Thanks for the kick Liz. I’m that guy who keeps buying stuff. Your description was right on. I suffer from a common ailment, often described as procrastination. However, procrastination is merely the symptom. The real disease is a fear or reluctance to make money. The condition is documented in various places and I can tell you it’s true. I know the reason for my ailment and am working to reverse it. Other people will no doubt have different reasons.

Funny, I work 60-80 hours a week building websites for others, making a pretty low wage, when I could be turning all of that energy into cash in my own bank account. I’m workin’ on it! Thanks for the reminder.

For you other procrastinators out there, and I know you number in the thousands, Listen to Liz! Get your program going. Stop trying to learn it all before you make the leap. Don’t be afraid of making a few mistakes. Choose one thing and just do it!

Best of luck to all of you.

    Dave

Getting up today I was greeted with 55 emails and luckily one was yours. I’ve just unsubscribed from 50 of them … Do you know of the equivalent of the AA?
Hello. My name is Briluki and I’m an email junkie.
This wake-up video is a bit like a Betty Ford Clinic! Once the withdrawal symptoms subside I should be able to focus.

Yep, you are SO right! And it’s good to know that I’m not the only one with this problem. Disregard my email address included with this post, it’s going to be the junk one!

    I am ready,

Finally, the truth. So many of us keep asking “What’s the first step?”.

So many answers come flying into our minds each day through our emails, each saying, “Follow me. I know the way, and I’ll share it for only the small amount of…”. Watch this time-consuming video pointing this way. Watch another time-consuming video pointing another way, ad nauseam.” Circles, circles, circles, with no direction shown, like a rolling stone.

But, Liz, you have given us the the first, and most essential step to our success, for free. Cut off the distractions. Choose a way, and follow it wholeheartedly. Turn everything off and just “get at it”! Follow the one plan that fits best, and have success. Thank you so very, very much!

    Kindest wishes for you.

    Steve

    Hi Liz,
Here it is 3:00 in the morning… I couldn’t sleep, so I got up and opened my email client, and found your email waiting for me about this course.

I’ve been online now since 2003, and I learned something very early from a person whom I signed up to a program called Traffic Oasis. Believe it or not, that program is still around, but I’m not in it anymore. What I learned from him was to remain focused, just as you have said. I listened to him for a while, but after being bombarded with other opportunities, I gave in and started chasing… I began to develop a list, and I had an autoresponder called Reply2it. I made a fatal mistake of not saving my leads in another spot, and eventually Reply2it vanished into thin air without warning probably from a spam complaint along with all my leads. Mostly of which I aquired from Traffic Oasis. Well, I could go on and on here, but let’s just say I lost a bundle of money chasing programs. I’ve given up several times, but keep coming back.

Back in January of this year I was listening to a guy by the name of Paul Ragle with POP, and your name came up. I’d never heard of you before, so I looked up one of your websites, and noted that you seemed like an authority in the business. But like many others I’ve run across, I saved it and promptly forgot about you until I joined program a few days ago called Perpetual 20. Guess who I found there :)

I’ve had my kick in the butt, and having gone to school at Collegedale, the fact that you live in Chattanooga also got my attention. I’ve made a folder !RTG, and I’m ready to go. Just be aware, I’m flat broke. I won’t say what profession I’m in, but I know eventually you’ll find out!

    Take Care,

    James

Thanks Liz this is what I need.I had a problem with buying before. Now it,s even more of a problem having been stuffed full of hormones for twenty months as part of the treatment for prostrate cancer. I’m clear now thankfully but the effects of the hormones stay for up to 18mths, so the battle of the plastic card is not over. I like to be backs against the wall though, it’s where I work best,The first thing for me though isto get my computer fixed as windows essentials has no support anymore. I’ve tried to put AGV on it but it won’t except it.( I won’t tell you what i’ve been calling it over the last few days).*****Ron,

but…but…but… but I might miss the seven-dollar WSO that will change my life, straighten my teeth, finally let me lose that last 40 pounds and put me on OPRAH!! and you want me to surrender that for mere success??? how could you!
    (grin)
    as always, good stuff Liz

    Right on Liz!

This is what I have been going round and round with for some time now. I unsubscribe from 5 and sign up for 10. I rearange my mail and make rules and end up with more mail than I had before. This crazy email circus is as deadly as credit cards – a slippery slope to say the least.

I look forward to the day that I can really clear the slate and understand what is really important and what I could live without and where all my valuable time is put in to important things rather than the rubbish.

    Thanks for the tips sister!

Right on Liz! I am drowning in products, junk mail and serious debt because of it. It has got to stop, and you certainly have a sensible solution. You are prepared to lead we need to focus and stick with it. I have problem with gmail, but i will touch base with you seperately.
    Cheers…..Gerry

Hi Liz, thanks for the great wake up call, you have outlined my problems absolutely spot on, I guess transiting from what I do at the moment to what I should be doing will be quite a challenge, but one that I clearly must do. I think that I must run this video every day till I get where I need to be. Many thanks again Liz for pointing out the fact that trying to flit about trying to follow 3 different coaches at the same time is getting me no where at a hell of a rate of nots, so will now concentrate on your material Liz.

    Kind regards.
    Leslie

Liz thanks a bunch for the “kick in the butt” I needed that so much. I am one of those people who bought almost every new product, and having several “auto Blogs with amazon products”trying to find that “magic button” needless to say it hasn’t happened yet.
The first time I watched one of your video, you mentioned the same concept of focus. It was just days before that I actually said the same thing to my wife and indicated my intention to focus o one area, thus giving myself a better opportunity to develop expert knowledge and authority in that particular niche.
Watching your video was absolute confirmation of my thoughts, after all how does one become a specialist? No wonder the fail rate among newbie internet marketers sits at an alarming 97%

    Thanks Liz

I couldn’t agree more! I was a procrastinator and i’ve just started the process of unsubscribing from the load of crap that clutters my inbox every day in order to concentrate on Liz’s coaching and nothing else.

    Thanks for the video Liz.

Thanks for that video, great info. I have chosen to have a product empire for my business model. The done for you squeeze page and oto for each product is my immediate goal and while I am getting the products together I study traffic generation. Again, thank you for the help with the squeeze page and the oto service. I can’t wait for the websites (3 to start with) to get completed. It has only been about 1 week since I started with your services and training. Thanks again, alot. Kenatace

    I haven’t bought anything.
I was notified for this (wonderful!) post and video by a newsletter I had subscribed to.
A couple of years ago, I only knew how to use the internet for googling information requests. But now I know, that this means ‘searches’, thank you dear SE :P I wouldn’t have learnt that much in such a short time by myself (hello, this is Greece, what IM are we talking about???)
I agree about eliminating, minimizing, putting in order and scheduling (e.g. our business). And… you know… self-restraint and determination. :)
    Keep smiling.

I need to start off my day by watching this video. Then, this weekend I’m going to unsubscribe to a WHOLE BUNCH of stuff. While I’m at it I think I delete programs/applications that I do not need – some of them are pretty old.

Thanks, you’re a breath of fresh air.

I am guilty as charged. The video has helped me to take stock of my life regarding dealing with emails. 100′s people pile 100 things on you on daily basis and these things look tempting and if you’re not focused and you’ll be destructed on daily basis. And guess what happens to your energy levels? Down and Down!

    Liz,
I just watched the video..and WOW! it did give me a KICK IN THE BUTT! It was very simple stuff really and stuff I knew I needed to do in order to stop going round in circles and getting nowhere, however I have not been doing it. However I have a new feeling now and am more inspired after watching this (3 times now) and I am going to follow your guidance and try hard to keep on the straight and narrow in order to finally make some money in this wonderful business.

I have been trying for 5 years now and I have not given up(close sometimes) because I love it so much but basically I am always chasing the newest shiny object and getting nowhere. Best thing I ever did was buying your Taxman package with all the wonderful bonuses because it lead me to this.

    Thank you so much
    Robert

    Hi Liz:

    Agreed.
I’m working on unsubscribing on my good email….ruined it.
guess I’ll just leave it ruined and
    get a gmail and
    change important things to it.
Only way I can find things now is do a search and put them in a folder…..
Started yesterday re-watching my coaching videos.
Need to hurry up and get to the part about outsourcing because I’m
    definitely “Techie Lacking!”

    Thanks
    searchng now for log in!

I’m going to start unsubscribing to a whole bunch of stuff. I’ve pretty much trashed my “important” email addresses. I’m not sure how to get them back… perhaps can’t. I will establish a new email address. I’m going to make an assumption that you’ll let us know when a great product or plug-in comes in that you think will really help us (me).

  31. Lisa

I started unsubscribing from all emails from marketers, including JVZoo and WSOs…it makes a difference when you don’t need to spend so much time going through emails.

Out of sight, out of mind.

    Great lesson Liz
