Once I create your website for you and any and all content that is created for it, it is exclusively yours to do as you wish with it. I hold no rights to anything created. You get full rights to it as if you created it yourself.
I will receive no other payments from your website or content I create for you.
I am also not legally responsible for anything you do with the website or the content after I have sent your website and content to you. You will be the sole owner. It is yours and I have no ties to it in any way shape or form. I am simply providing the service of building your website and the content for your website.
Refund Policy:
You have 30 days from the time of payment to have your money fully refunded to you. All you have to do is put all content onto a thumb drive, erase all files from your computer, and mail it back to me with a certified and notarized statement stating that you will not use the website or content I created for you in any way, shape or form. Once this is done I will refund all of your money to you if you're not completely satisfied.[/text_block]
