The Secret Hacks To Making Money In The PLR Niche

In that post I told you that the easiest way to make-money online is to create and sell your own digital products. The “hack” is that you use PLR to create those products.

You can do this for product after product after product. You can do this in ONE niche or in several of them.

Creating a product empire is such an amazing online business!

But today I want to mention something else really quickly that could also be VERY profitable, but it’s for a specific niche.

The PLR niche… 😍

I love this damn niche so much. It’s where I saw my first big successes!

The PLR niche consists of people who buy and use PLR content. You can make-money in this niche by…

1. Selling content with PLR to them.

2. Selling training to them on how to use PLR to make-money.

3. And anything related to marketing online to them.

So, I bet you want another hack for this right? Don’t worry! I’ve got you covered… 😉

I just listed three things above that you can do to make money in this niche. And guess what? You can use PLR for ALL of those options! It will take so much less time with product research and product creation when you use PLR content for this…

Here’s how…

1. Selling content with PLR – Buy PLR packages that you can resell as your own PLR content. These types of PLR content are becoming more and more popular and 95% of the PLR I produce I allow my people to resell the PLR to my PLR content. I call it Reseller PLR, some people call it “unrestricted PLR”, etc. If you want to do this just make sure that the PLR package you want to resell allows you to resell the PLR.

2. Selling training on how to use PLR to make-money – There is so much training content that you can get the PLR to that will teach people how to make money with the PLR they buy or how they can use it in their business. 3. And anything related to marketing online – Now here’s the motherload of stuff you can make money with within this niche…

People who use PLR content are marketers and they need to continually learn to market online. You can become an affiliate for products related to online marketing and promote those products. You can also use PLR content on the topics of online marketing and create your own products to sell!

See… PLR content is VERY profitable! You just need to have a plan to use it. 😉

So basically, what I’ve given you here is a blueprint to create your own product empire in the PLR niche. I’ve even thrown in doing affiliate marketing.

One of my favorite things about my online business is that I can work anywhere and anytime I want! ❤️️

Now speaking of PLR, let me tell you about that “hack”…

I have had 1000s of my followers come to me over the years and ask me…

Liz, what’s the quickest way for me to make-money online?

My answer is ALWAYS this…

Find a hot topic, create a product around that hot topic, and start selling that product.

That’s not a “hack” though, right?

Right!

Well, the “hack” comes in by using PLR content to create that product. It makes it super quick and easy to create a product when you use PLR content.

Now, you can’t use ALL PLR content for this to work well. Yes, you could probably take a bunch of articles or reports or videos from here and there and smash them together into a product, but it would take forever because you’d have to rewrite them a ton in order for them to fit together and flow.

It IS a viable tactic that a lot of PLR experts will tell you to use, but it’s easier to tell you to use the tactic than it is to actually do it. 😉

I’m not being cheeky… I’m being honest. 🤷

While you can use PLR content in ANY way you want, it’s always easier to use it in its intended way.

It’s why I create so many different types and formats of PLR content for you.

I create PLR packages that are full of content you can use for your blog. Yes, you can take that content and use it in other ways, but it’s so much EASIER to just use it as content for your blog or other places you can post content.

I also create “mini products” that make great low ticket offers or lead magnets you can use to build your list. Again… You can use these for whatever purpose you want, but it is EASIER to use them as they were intended to be used.

But you CAN find full products with PLR take those and turn those into your own products. You can use them as they’re intended to be used. As PRODUCTS!

Products you can take, lightly edit (if you want), set up and start selling.

Your job is to find a PLR product on a hot topic…

That’s pretty easy to do because most people who create PLR content do all of that research for you. NORMALLY a creator isn’t going to create a product with PLR that’s NOT on a hot topic. They know people aren’t stupid and aren’t going to buy PLR on a topic that won’t get attention or sell. If you stick with good creators (like Tiffany Lambert, Arun Chandran, ME, and a few others) you’ll always find PLR content that’s on hot topics.

Now of course in this email I can’t go into the “how to do all of this”, but I’m telling you from almost 20 years of experience… Creating and selling your own digital products is THE easiest way to make-money online.

PERIOD!

You won’t get rich with just ONE product, but it all starts with ONE product. Get one going, then another, and another, and another and pretty soon you’ll have a product empire that can provide you with a great online-income.

So as I said the other day I’m in full on launch mode. I’m working on a launch of my own and once it’s all together I’ll be revealing it all to you. I’m not doing a “normal launch“, but it’s still a killer little strategy that I’m putting together. More on that in a week or so…

For now though I want to take you to the start of things…

Before you can launch a product you’ve got to CREATE a product.

Duh, right?

This is where a lot of people get stuck though…

They don’t know what niche they want to be in or they don’t know a topic for their niche and several other “things” that just keep them from moving forward.

So here’s an idea if this is keeping you from launching your first product…

Simple… Buy a product someone else has created, but that no one else has the right to sell! You can find sites for sale on Flippa.com where you are the sole owner of the product. You don’t have to do any of the product creation, creating your sales page, your download page or any of that stuff!

Just make sure that whatever you buy isn’t just a product someone had the PLR to and just threw together. You want good original products for your product launches.)

Now it can take time and you’ll have to watch Flippa every day for a few weeks to find the perfect product, but it can be done and it is an option where you can have your own product and be on your way to doing a launch for it with just a few tweaks.

Now there are lots of options for finding ideas for your first product…

You can look at the hottest selling products on places like JV Zoo and Click Bank, you can get ideas from places like CodeCanyon.com and you can hire a coach to help you come up with the perfect product for you to create and launch. But…

You’ve got to have a product before you can start in on the product launch process.

It’s been quite a while since I’ve told this story, but I’ve told it to many people over the years because I want people to truly understand what happens when you create a product that helps people, and you do a full product launch for it.

So back in 2004 my ex-husband had gotten laid off from his job. We lived in a tiny town (Gates, TN) of about 800 people. Getting laid off from a job in most places isn’t a big deal, but when it’s in a town of 800 people there’s not a whole lot of other jobs. NONE actually…

At the time I was running a direct mail advertising business. My business was doing about $60,000 a year and with his income of about $40,000 a year we lived pretty well. The cost of living in the South of the US is REALLY low and even with 5 kids at home at the time we still did pretty well.

But… When he got laid off our income basically got cut in half.

For years my ex-husband had worked his butt off. He also juggled 5 kids while working his butt off. So when he got laid off we had this conversation…

Me: Hey! I have an idea. You’ve always been super dad and worked a ton of hours. Why don’t you take over my direct mail advertising business, and I’ll start an online business. I’m pretty sure I can at least replace your income.

Him: Dead silence…

The look of terror on his face told me this probably wasn’t my best idea. After talking about it for a bit I got him on board. Between he and my mom I don’t know who had more faith in my abilities. 🙂

So I taught him the ropes of running my direct mail advertising business, and I went to work on creating an online business.

Fast forward six months…

I hadn’t created an online business. I just didn’t know what to do. There were so many options, and I just didn’t know which way to turn.

I knew I had to do something though because…

1. We were almost 4 months behind on our mortgage payment. Folks that’s foreclosure status just FYI.

2. We were about to have our vehicles repossessed.

3. Utility companies were threatening to shut off our services.

4. The groceries were getting stretched pretty thin!

So I looked around at all these people running different online businesses and saw a few people talking about “product launches” they were doing where they were making tens of thousands of dollars. Some of them even hundreds of thousands of dollars.

(John Reese hadn’t set the record yet in the industry for a million dollar launch at this point. If you know that little fact you’ve been in the business for a very long time.)

So I decided I was going to create a product and launch it and make a ton of money…

I started looking on forums to see what people were talking about so I could find a topic to create my product around. At the time Joint Ventures (in terms of getting people to promote your products for you) was a HOT topic.

I started asking questions about the topic, and started getting really good answers from people about it. I contacted 10 or 11 of the people who answered me and asked if I could take their answers and compile them into an ebook I was creating called Joint Venture Seeker.

Not one of them turned me down because I told them in return I’d add their name and website to the entry in my ebook. Once I got my ebook created I added in some workbooks that I created to help people, access to a special forum dedicated to networking, and a few other things like recorded interviews.

I packaged everything up, created a download page, created a sales page, and I had my very first product. No upsells or anything like that. Just a great product loaded with information that people WANTED!

(This was way before Mike Filsaime came out with Butterfly Marketing and taught us all about upsells. Again if you remember that you’ve been in this business a very long time.)

I added an affiliate program in and then went to the people who had given me the initial information for my ebook and asked if they’d promote. All but one of them said yes, and within two weeks of launching Joint Venture Seeker I did $37,000 in sales.

That product launch literally saved my entire family from financial destruction.

It’s now 2018 and I’ve done product launch after product launch now to the tune of millions of dollars since then.

I believe in the product launch strategy so much because it’s exactly how I got my start and it’s exactly why I am where I am today!

I’m not sharing this story to brag… I’m sharing this story to give you hope. If a high school AND college drop out can create and launch products that not only allowed her to stay home with 5 kids, but her husband too, I know that you can do it.

If you don’t have a product yet… Create one!

There’s so many options for creating a product in so many different niches and it’s never been easier with all the tools and training you have at your finger tips.

Once you have your product, create a sales letter and download page for it.

Once you’ve done that create a jv page and start contacting people about your product and get them to promote it. Yes there is a lot of strategies and tactics that are involved, but it can be done.

Again with all the tools and training and technology out there, there is no reason you can’t do it.

You’ve just got to start somewhere…
